Job Description:

- Responsible for promoting jewellery products and customised services of Demeri Jewels.
- Understanding customer requirements and advise them to chose right products for themselves.
- Prepare quotation, invoices and deliveries of products to the clients.
- Follow up with customer after submitting quotation to close sales.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain up to date records of sales made on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Obtain feedback from customers for their purchase from Demira Jewels
- Perform other duties as and when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education to GCSE level or bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to manage variety of customers
